Return/Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only on items that have manufacturing defects and misplaced orders. This exchange has to be claimed within 1 day of receiving the order.
- For size issue you can exchange with return delivery charge.
- The product that you wish to exchange should not be damaged or used. It must be as it was delivered with all the packaging and tags intact on it. For example, if you want to return shoes, they should be packed only in their original shoe box.
- Refunds are not available. When you return products with manufacturing defects, a new product will be replaced upon the return of the product which can take up to 5 days.
- Please Note: Products from stock clearance, hefty sales, or last chance sales will not be accepted for exchange or return. This sale will come with a notice.

We don’t process refund for orders which are in “Shipped”.
