*The delivery of your order is subjected to availability of stock.
*Check and receive your products in front of the delivery person. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or has any mismatch in size or pricing issue at the time of delivery, please return it immediately to the delivery person.
*Orders that are paid for cannot be cancelled.
* LYFO reserves the right not to ship/process any order with incomplete/partial customer details (Name, Adress, etc) to prevent potential fraudulent and fake orders.
* Your order may get canceled or delivery may get delayed due to size unavailability, product unavailability or courier issues.
* If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange the size of the product bought from LYFO E-Commerce site within 1 day. We will only accept exchange that the product(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging.

Delivery Time
Delivery normally takes up to 24 hours in Dhaka City. In some cases, it can take up to 2-3 days within Dhaka City. Outside Dhaka, it can take up to 3-4 business days.
Return/Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only on items that have manufacturing defects and misplaced orders. This exchange has to be claimed within 1 day of receiving the order.
- The product that you wish to exchange should not be damaged or used. It must be as it was delivered with all the packaging and tags intact on it. For example, if you want to return shoes, they should be packed only in their original shoe box.
- Refunds are not available. When you return products with manufacturing defects, a new product will be replaced upon the return of the product which can take up to 5 days.
- Please Note: Products from stock clearance, hefty sales, or last chance sales will not be accepted for exchange or return. This sale will come with a notice.
